I work in a telephone company for 20 years now and eventhough the salary is higher than usual, I still feel that the job is not for me.  But, I stuck it out all through these years because I have a family to sustain.  I could not just leave my job for something that might not work well in the end.

So, after 20 years, the telephone company I have been working in has decided to lay off some of their employees because of redundancy.  I have worked as a telephone operator and soon, technology became more advance and it made our positions obsolete.  The telephone operators were no longer needed as anyone can dial a number using the area code and the country code without having to go through a telephone operator.

I was paid $1,100,000 in redundancy fee.  I was so excited because I was finally free to pursue the career that I was longing to do since I graduated from college.  I wanted to be a landscape artist and an interior decorator, and maybe a furniture maker.  I already have enough money to start my own business.

My first landscaping Lynchburg job was to landscape the garden of a seafarer’s wife.  I finished the Lynchburg landscaping job and was not paid.  I made her daughter a koi pond with a concrete fountain and a trellis on which hung a passion fruit vine.  The vine offered a shade over the palm-shaped concrete table and chairs.

I grouped plants of different colors and leaf shapes surrounding 3 stacked concrete bowls that poured water into one another.  It looked charming and actually made the gloomy house alive.  I plated carabao grass since they were hardy and can withstand traffic compared to Bermuda grass.  They also spread and carpeted the entire area in as short as a month.  Lawn care Lynchburg has to be called regularly to keep the grass healthy.
